The HP Pre 3 is a touchscreen slider smartphone manufactured by Hewlett-Packard and successor to the Palm Prē 2 and earlier Prē and Prē Plus models. On February 9 2011 the phone was announced by HP at a webOS special event held at the Fort Mason Center San Francisco alongside the HP Veer and Touchpad. The device was rumored to be released on July 8 2011 in the United Kingdom and on July 21 2011 in the United States on the Verizon network but hasn't made an appearance up till now.
Made by Hewlett-Packard, this mobile phone uses the HP webOS 2.2 operating system.
It is the successor of the Palm Pre 2 .
