The SCH-i730 is a Windows Mobile based Pocket PC phone manufactured by Samsung. Since it functions as a cell phone and PDA it is a converged device. It has only been offered by Verizon Wireless in the United States however its counterpart the IP-830w was offered by Sprint. The IP-830w-SCH-i830 is identical to the i730 but trades Wi-Fi for an overseas GSM 900-1800 cellular radio. It still keeps its North American CDMA 850-1900 radio.
