The Samsung SGH-X820 marketed as the world's slimmest mobile phone created by Samsung as a competitor to the Motorola SLVR L7. It was announced in Q3 2006. One of the major complaints was the fact that this phone does not have memory expansion slot. It has 80MB of in-built memory.
